Our Services

Harmony Publishing Ltd provides self-publishing and book production services, which may include manuscript review, editing, cover design, interior formatting, ISBN and distribution setup, printing, audiobook production, and related services. The specific services included depend on the package or custom quote you purchase.

Orders & Payment

• All packages require full payment upfront before work begins, in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
• Accepted payment methods: debit and credit cards and bank transfers (via Paystack), and direct bank transfer to our corporate account.
• Prices are as quoted at the time of purchase. We may update pricing for future orders at any time.

Your Responsibilities

• You confirm that you own or have the rights to all content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your final approved content. We produce your book based on the materials and approvals you provide.
• You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your manuscript and the rights to your work. Upon full payment and completion, you own the final deliverables produced for you. Harmony Publishing retains ownership of its own proprietary tools, templates, and processes, and may reference completed projects in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on project scope, your responsiveness in providing materials and approvals, and production factors. Delays caused by late author feedback may extend delivery dates.

Third-Party Platforms

Publishing to and distribution through third-party platforms (such as Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and others) is subject to those platforms' own terms, approval processes, and timelines, which are outside our control.

Refunds

Payments are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. In summary, services are custom work and are non-refundable once production has begun.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmony Publishing Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee any particular level of book sales, rankings, or commercial success.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harmony Publishing Ltd from claims arising out of content you provide, including claims of copyright or trademark infringement, defamation, or violation of any law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
